Vietnam Gains First Quantum Security Trainers from SpecterAI Certification

SpecterAI has successfully concluded its Train-the-Trainer program, certifying three strategic partners to provide quantum security training in Vietnam and Singapore. This initiative is designed to help organizations transition to post-quantum cryptography, a crucial step as quantum computing progresses. The newly certified partners are HPT and QNet in Vietnam, along with Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore, who will independently offer SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course.

This development comes in response to recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era. NEAC has highlighted the potential vulnerability of current public key cryptography due to advancements in quantum computing. By June 2026, Vietnam is expected to have issued close to 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the necessity for a cryptographic transition in the near future.

The certification program equips partners with the capability to guide organizations in assessing quantum-related cybersecurity risks. A key component of the training involves Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z), a framework that assists organizations in determining how long sensitive data needs to remain secure and the duration required for transitioning to quantum-resistant encryption. This approach is pivotal in evaluating the potential risks and preparing for a secure future.

By enabling certified partners to deliver training independently, SpecterAI aims to bolster regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity. The company emphasizes that early preparation can enhance organizational resilience, ensure compliance with upcoming security standards, and foster a quantum security ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
