Vietnam’s 16th National Assembly is set to convene for its first extraordinary session in Hanoi from August 3 to August 24, embarking on an extensive legislative agenda that includes the deliberation of major national projects. During this session, lawmakers will address 33 agenda items, focusing on the approval of 15 draft laws and four draft resolutions, alongside the initial readings of seven additional bills.
The proposed legislation spans a diverse range of sectors including petroleum, urban development, anti-money laundering, and telecommunications.
