Vietnam is encouraging investment in several key areas, including agriculture, telecommunications, and oil and gas. The country is also looking to collaborate in emerging fields such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, mineral processing, and the electric vehicle industry. Côte d’Ivoire has shown a keen interest in attracting Vietnamese businesses to its market and seeks to foster broader cooperation within the West African region. This mutual interest highlights the potential for enhanced economic engagement and shared growth opportunities.
